As the pioneering founder of Hawaii Premier Homes, LLC, Berneicea "BEE" Worrell (R) established the firm on July 24, 2013, creating the very first independently owned real estate brokerage and property management company in the state of Hawaii founded by an African-American. Bringing over 50 years of invaluable experience to the local market, she specializes deeply in both property and asset management.
BEE holds prestigious credentials including her Hawaii Real Estate Broker License, a Property Management Certification, and the NAR Green Designation. She is actively affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, the Hawaii Association of Realtors, and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
